Upgraded Member Imports

Upgraded members could get 2 extra imports. These imports could be received on Sunday at rollover, or late on Saturday making it so the players must be online Saturday or Sunday to receive the extra imports.

Partial Support.

I wouldn't say two extra, more like one extra. I'm trying not to be biased as I am not an upgraded member, but I have been. There are certain faults to this idea, but it does have a bit of potential and might make people want to get credits and become upgraded.
